The Pinpoint Social video is used in 2 ways as well. Of course, it's main purpose is to communicate what Pinpoint Social is and how it works. This is emphasized in the first part of the video. The video then continues to get more in depth in showing people all the steps in using Pinpoint Social. The thinking here was that if if they are interested in giving the application a try, the more prepared they are to using the application, the more likely they are to use it properly and get value from it. By going over the steps in advance, we are minimizing abandonment from potential paying customers.
